Stage 1: Discovery

Our process begins with an initial consultation to assess your needs and goals for the future and a site visit to get a better understanding of the projects requirements. From there, we develop a customised plan that incorporates your vision, budget, and timeline.

Stage 2: Concept Design

Once the scope of works and project brief has been established our designers will begin creating design concepts and solutions to meet your brief and will work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure that every detail is tailored to your specific requirements. We use the latest design software and tools to create 2D and 3D drawings of your space, with the option of developing rendered images (At sign off - Stage 4) so you can really see exactly what your finished project will look like.

Stage 3: Detailed Design

Once we have completed your design and have brought your vision to life. We will develop detailed plans for full review and transparency of the project. 

This will include;

• 2D & 3D drawings

• Schedules 

• Cost plan

• Technical details and proposed product specification

Stage 4: Sign Off

This is the final stage of design, where you review and approve the plans and specifications for the project. Once you are confident that we have achieved your vision you will be required sign off the design package to allow us to move forward into the procurement phase. After sign off is the fun bit, where you get to choose your final colours and finishes, one of our consultants will run a workshop session to go through all of the options available. Once agreed we offer a service to produce 3D rendered images with your chosen colours.

Stage 5: Procurement & Installation

Once the design is finalised, we will go out to market for the procurement of your fitout package. We are partnered with several fitout & installation companies that will source the specified furniture and fixtures, and experienced installation teams that will manage the delivery and installation process from start to finish. We understand that time is of the essence when it comes to educational projects, which is why we work efficiently and effectively with our partners to ensure that your space is ready for use on schedule.
